LINERK was founded on a simple premise: Large-scale projects require more than just technical drawings; they require a deep understanding of international financial frameworks, FIDIC contract management, and complex stakeholder coordination.
Based in Montenegro, our leadership brings 30 years of field-proven experience in some of the world’s most demanding engineering environments.
We have successfully managed a total project volume exceeding $650 Million USD, operating under the rigorous standards of the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), NATO – NSPA and private institutions on an international scale.

F. Evin - Founder
A graduate of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (MGSU).
With 25+ years of experience, she has worked in Türkiye and abroad in engineering, project management and technical documentation.
As founder of Linerk Montenegro, she leads EU/EBRD-aligned engineering and digital project management processes.
Active member of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro (IKCG) and the Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers (İMO).

A.Evin - General Manager
A graduate of Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) in Civil Engineering.
With a 30-year career, he has specialised in project management, site implementation, structural supervision and technical coordination in numerous domestic and international projects.
At Linerk Montenegro, he leads IFI-aligned project management, FIDIC processes and strategic planning.
Active member of the Chamber of Civil Engineers of Türkiye (İMO).
Languages: English (advanced), Russian (basic)
